Pedestrian hit and killed by vehicle on Syracuse’s North Side

Syracuse, N.Y. — A pedestrian was killed Sunday night on Syracuse’s North Side when he was struck by a vehicle, police said. The 50-year-old man was hit at about 10:23 p.m. in the area of Butternut and Griffiths streets, Syracuse police said in a news release Monday.
