SOUTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. (WLNE) — South Kingstown and Narragansett will hold a public forum with officials from Rhode Island Energy. The forum will be on electric and natural gas prices. Officials will go over programs to assist customers who are having trouble with their current bills.
