SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — The City of San Diego is alerting drivers to plan ahead as road work is taking place on a busy section of Mission Bay Drive in Pacific Beach through next week. Crews with the City of San Diego this week began a resurfacing project on a 2 lane-mile segment of Mission Bay Drive near Garnet Avenue. Frustration grows over potholes along Miramar Road in San Diego City Mill and Pave teams will be resurfacing portions of Mission Bay Drive, with work on some sections planned for nighttime to minimize traffic impacts and maximize efficiency.
