The highly specialized collection isn't available for checkout, as it's meant to preserve the community's history and heritage. "Our bread and butter is really Albuquerque history. So if you live in a historic home, we'd love to help you learn more about it," says Terry Reynoso, branch manager of the Special Collections Library. "We are pretty good at Albuquerque history about 1800 to the current time. So, fi you want to know the history of a certain building and office, a department of the city, we're the place to go."
