INDIANAPOLIS — An investigation is underway after a juvenile was injured in a shooting on the near east side of Indianapolis Saturday night. According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, just before 10:30 p.m., officers were called to the 1000 block of St. Paul Street on the rep ort of a person shot. When officers arrived at the scene, they located a juvenile male with injuries consistent with a gunshot wound. Investigators indicated that the boy is currently in stable condition. As of this article's publication, no additional information on the shooting, or the circumstances that led to it, had been made available.
