Scattered showers Monday morning, fire risk climbs higher
Mar 23, 2025
Without context, the final week of March looks fantastic – but when we factor in the drought, high fire danger, and an overabundance of pollen, we could really use some more rain. We’ll at least see some scattered shower activity overnight into Monday morning, but it won’t be the drenching
many of us desire. That said, the rain could lead to a few delays on your morning commute as we kick off the workweek. A stray shower or two may linger into the afternoon, but most communities will clear out after sunrise.
The remainder of the week looks warm, sunny, breezy, and dry – not ideal for those planning to burn outside this week. Burn bans remain in place this weekend and will likely be extended through the remainder of the month. Highs will approach 80º by next weekend. While some rain is possible next Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, it doesn’t appear to be the soaking we desperately need at the moment.
