A man has been arrested and charged in connection with a shooting that left three people wounded in Joliet, police said.Michael Gallegos, 34, faces charges of aggravated battery with a firearm, unlawful use of a weapon by a felon and unlawful possession of ammunition by a felon, police said. He was arrested Sunday morning.Gallegos allegedly shot a 38-year-old man during an argument at a gathering in the 5300 block of Sunmeadow Drive at 11:32 p.m. Saturday, police said.
