On Sunday at 2:34 p.m. the National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory valid for Monday between 2 a.m. and 10 a.m. for Oswego County."Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations one to two inches and ice accumulations a few hundredths of an inch, mainly across the higher ter rain of the Tug Hill Plateau.
