INDIANAPOLIS A man was shot and killed on the east side of Indianapolis early Sunday morning.Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to the 300 block of N Arsenal Avenue on reports of a person shot at aro und 4:45 a.m.Upon arrival, officers located an adult male who had been shot.
