TWO RIVERS, Wis. (WFRV) - After a brief standoff in Two Rivers on Saturday night, a 22-year-old suspect was taken into custody in connection to a juvenile female allegedly being stabbed in the chest. A Facebook post from the Two Rivers Police Department details the incident that began around 10 p .m. on March 22 when officers were called to the 1800 block of 21st Street for reports of a stabbing. Authorities from the Two Rivers PD and Manitowoc County Sheriff's Office responded and remained at the scene until S.W.A.T. could be deployed. Liggins, into custody for Recklessly Endangering Safety, Physical Abuse of a Child, False Imprisonment, and Bail Jumping. The victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
