Malkhassian clinches the second best scoring season as Bruins crush Minotauros

The Austin Bruins scored four first period goals as they beat the Minot Minotauros 5-0 in Riverside Arena Saturday.
Luc Malkhassian registered two goals and one assist in the win and he is now the second Bruin to surpass Austin Salani’s previous record of 70 points in a season. Alex Laurenza, who
had two assists on Saturday, has the most points in a season ever for a Bruin as he currently has 77 points.
Carl Axelsson stopped 20 shots to register his fifth shutout this year.
Austin (37-11-3-2 overall) has six games remaining in the regular season before postseason play begins.
