SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO) -- A new phase of construction begins this week on South Veterans Parkway in Sioux Falls. Starting Wednesday, South Southeastern Avenue will be closed from Bison Trail to 85th Street. Crews will be installing utilities along Southeastern and hauling dirt and other material across the road to the proposed parkway intersection. Drivers will be detoured to 69th and 85th streets as well as Sycamore Avenue. Access will be open on Bison Trail and maintained for local traffic along Southeastern. ...read more read less
