INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Another round of widespread rain is on the way to our area. However, there is no severe weather threat expected with this system in Indiana.
TODAY: Widespread rain moves in later this morning. Steady showers are expected through the late aft
ernoon. Eventually, rain wraps up west to east this evening. Severe weather is not expected; however, we could have some rumbles of thunder. High temperatures near 50 degrees will be reached in the evening hours. Winds will be gusting up to 30 mph.
TONIGHT: Rain exits early on. Clouds decrease with winds still gusting near 30 mph. Most spots from Sunday will finish close to the 0.5″ mark for rainfall. Low temperatures in the mid to upper 30s.
TOMORROW: Mostly sunny and windy. Wind gusts climb over 35 mph. High temperatures in the mid-50s.
7-DAY FORECAST: A small rain chance is possible on Tuesday, but it looks like the more impactful system will be later this week into the weekend. Temperatures will be consistently in the mid-50s through mid-week with warmer air by Friday.
