NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) -- An electric short is believed to be the cause of a house fire on Saturday evening in Norfolk, officials said. Norfolk Fire-Rescue were dispatched to the 1000 block of Avenue E at approximately 9:40 p.m. Upon arrival, crews found and extinguished a small fire in the atti c of the structure. The fire was quickly contained and extinguished.
