MANSFIELD, Mass. (WPRI) -- A cat stuck under the wheel well of a car in Mansfield was rescued by first responders Saturday. The cat, named "Tulip," was saved by officer Chris Sorge and two firefighters after her owners called police, according to the department. Police said this is Sorge's thi rd time rescuing a cat this year and the second one who was stuck under a vehicle.
