CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) -- Three adults and one dog have been displaced following a house fire in the South Norfolk section of Chesapeake. According to the Chesapeake Fire Department, firefighters responded to the 1400 block of Seaboard Avenue after multiple reports of a structure fire at approxi mately 4:35 p.m. Upon arrival, crews entered the structure and extinguished the blaze.
