(CAÑON CITY, Colo.) — The 2025 Cañon City Music and Blossom Festival will take place from April 30 through May 4, bringing plenty of activities, including a parade, a 5k run, a bowling tournament, a ball, band concerts, and more. One thing it won't have this year is the carnival. According to the Blossom Festival Committee, the traditional carnival grounds where the event has been held for over 35 years, now houses a new city maintenance building. Despite best efforts to find an alternative location, nothing safe and suitable was available in time for the 2025 festival. The committee said that they and the city of Cañon City are already working on bringing it back for 2026. All other Blossom Festival activities will still be happening.
