Purdue beats McNeese, St. John's vs Arkansas up next

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) -- Today kicked off the second round of the NCAA Final Four Tournament, with two of the games taking place at the AMP in Providence this afternoon, and both of those games being broadcast on WPRI-12.
The first game tipped-off just after noon, where 4th seeded Purdue Boiler
makers beat the 12th seeded McNeese Cowboys 76-62.
Purdue now moves on to the Sweet 16 and will face the winner of the 1st seeded Houston Cougars against the 8th seeded Gonzaga Bulldogs. Tip-off for that game is around 8:40 p.m.
All eyes will be on the AMP for the second game, as 2nd seeded St. John's Red Storm, coached by Rick Pitino, faces off against 10th seeded Arkansas Razorbacks, coached by John Calipari.
Pitino's Red Storm defeated Omaha Mavericks 83-53, while Calipari's Razorbacks upset the Kansas Jayhawks 79-72 to advance in the tournament.
Both coaches have over 800 career wins each. They have faced each other four times in the NCAA Tournament, both winning two times.
The winners of these games will advance to the Sweet 16 which begins on Thursday.
