MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A Mississippi man has been charged with first-degree murder after a woman was found dead at a Lafayette County home late Wednesday night. The Lafayette County Sheriff's Office said deputies responded to a domestic disturbance in the 1000 block of Heights Drive and discovered the body of 58-year-old Charlene Cook.
