GAINESVILLE, Va. (DC News Now) -- Police in Prince William County said a man was arrested for a sexual assault incident that happened over four years ago. The Prince William County Police Department (PWCPD) said on Jan. 23, 2021, the victim was at the Gainesville Pharmacy, located at 7963 Heritag e Village Plaza, before the store was about to close. Court documents: Man charged after barricade incident at CIA headquarters While the victim was inside, the store owner shut down the business, pulled the victim into a room and sexually assaulted her. The victim eventually got away and left the business. The woman recently decided to come forward and report what happened to the police, prompting an investigation. On March 19, the store owner, 41-year-old Davinder Kahlon, turned himself in to police. He is being charged with attempted rape and a court date is set for April 2. ...read more read less
