The sheriff's office says a traffic stop was made and the responding deputy spoke to the driver, identified as 30-year-old Patrick Warren. The deputy recognized Warren, who they say had a no-bail warrant out of Fresno County for domestic violence and an active warrantless arrest out of Kings County also for domestic violence.
The sheriff's office adds Warren was on Post Release Community Supervision. He was placed into custody.
According to sheriff's officials, a search of the GMC revealed Warren had two firearms, ammunition and cocaine. Warren was also found to have a lengthy criminal history and was a prior convicted felon, so he could not possess firearms and ammunition.
