The Hanford Mall says Don Pocho features traditional Mexican dishes from tacos to enchiladas to fajitas and so much more. Their dishes, according to the mall, are "rich in history and flavor," reflecting tr aditional Mexican cuisine. People are expected to get fresh batches of salsa made in-house daily, guacamole made from fresh-cut avocados and high-quality meats sourced and marinated in recipes that have been tried and tested, according to the mall.
