BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The reigning champion Buffalo Bandits can clinch their spot in the National Lacrosse League playoffs with a victory in one of their games this weekend, at home against the Las Vegas Desert Dogs on Friday night, and at the Albany FireWolves on Saturday night. Here’s how to
watch, stream, and listen.
Television
Both games will be broadcast on The CW23 (WNLO-TV) in the Western New York market, among 16 regular season contests scheduled to air on the network. Canadian fans can watch the game on TSN. Friday night's face-off is at 7:30 p.m., and Saturday night's is at 7 p.m.
Streaming
NLL games stream live on ESPN+ for those in the United States. Fans in Canada can stream on TSN+. A replay will be available through NLL+, a new, free service available this year.
Radio
All Bandits games are scheduled to be available on 1520 AM.
Going to the game
Friday night's game is Mental Health Awareness Night at KeyBank Center. There will be messages from Bandits players on the scoreboard throughout the game, advocacy groups stationed in the concourse, and fan participation wall artwork at the 100-level to collect messages of support. ... Clinching scenarios
The Bandits can secure their spot in the eight-team NLL playoffs with their next victory. Beating both Las Vegas and Albany this weekend, combined with losses by San Diego and Georgia would clinch a home playoff game in Buffalo. The Bandits will play four more regular season games after this back-to-back set. Their remaining home dates are March 29 and April 12.
