DICKINSON, ND (KXNET) — A man from Dickinson who was arrested this winter is now facing more charges in court. James Sigler was in Stark County court on Friday morning. He's now facing seven more felony counts of promoting or directing an obscene sexual performance by a minor. Former se nator Holmberg to be sentenced Wednesday for sex crimes According to court documents obtained by KX News, investigators say Sigler shared obscene videos which involved underage boys involved in sexual acts. Sigler, who worked at Dickinson State University, was arrested last month and charged with possession of child porn. For the latest charges, Sigler faces up to 20 years in prison on each count.
