Harrison discussed the three key elements of being prepared in case of an emergency: Talk to your family and make a plan. Build an emergency kit for you r home and your vehicle. Stay informed. Harrison also mentioned knowing the difference between weather watches and warnings is important. She referred to the 'taco' analogy: Watch: all the ingredients are here, meat, tortillas, salsa but there are no tacos yet, no tacos have formed.
