INDIANAPOLIS – Crews responded Friday morning to a fire on the near north side. The Indianapolis Fire Department was dispatched around 5:30 a.m. to the 3100 block of Graceland Avenue. That’s near North Capitol Avenue and West 30th Street. Images from the scene showed several units responde d. Flames and smoke were visible coming from the second story, with a ladder truck spraying water on the structure.
