A Chicago man is slated to appear in court Friday accused of fatally stabbing a man in Albany Park on the Northwest Side. Irving Martinez-Hernandez, 30, was arrested about an hour after he allegedly stabbed and killed Juan Carlos Tello-Suarez Tuesday in the 3500 block of West Sunnyside Avenue, Chica go police said.
