(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Senator Michael Bennet hosted a town hall on Thursday, March 20 in Colorado Springs, taking questions from community members from the Pikes Peak Region. Bennet spoke about a range of topics including Ukraine, the Department of Education, and President Donald Trump's joint a ddress. He also said he wants to overturn the 2010 Citizens United supreme court decision. The ruling banned the government from limiting spending by companies, nonprofit organizations, and unions on political campaign advertisements. The court's majority wrote that such provisions would inhibit freedom of speech.
