Pet Pals TV: Impact of therapy dogs INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Paws & Think, a nonprofit dedicated to improving lives through the power of the human-dog connection, is making a significant impact on the lives of both people and communities. The organization pairs specially trained therapy do gs with those in need. Ashleigh Coster, executive director of Paws & Think, along with Melanie Claymon and her therapy dog, Oakley, stopped by News 8’s midday newscast to talk about the organization’s efforts. Recently, Paws & Think played a role at the NCAA tournament. The therapy dogs were on hand to help athletes unwind, offering a welcome moment of relaxation during the high-energy atmosphere, Coster said.
