(FOX 5/KUSI) -- Crews responded to a vegetation fire off the northbound 15 freeway in Fallbrook Thursday morning, said officials with the North County Fire Protection District. The incident, lo cated just south of State Route 76, was first reported around 9:30 a.m. According to fire officials, it started with a vehicle fire on the edge of the roadway. The fire then spread to nearby vegetation.
