EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — All lanes were closed early Thursday morning, March 20, at Woodrow Bean Transmountain West after a vehicle crash happened in the area, according to TxDOT. Shaun Felice/KTSM 9 News TxDOT reported that all lanes were closed just after 6 a.m. Thursday at Woodr ow Bean Transmountain West before Resler and that clearing time was until further notice.
