(KSNW) — Attention LEGO lovers: the Wichita Brick Convention is returning to Century II, and organizers are promising a blockbuster. The convention, set for June 28-29, will feature displays, hands-on activities, and more extensive exhibits focused on LEGO artistry, catering to experienced builders and newcomers. Since 2023, Brick Convention has raised over $30,000 for charity, with part of this year’s proceeds going to Creations for Charity, which provides LEGO sets to underprivileged children during the holidays. Additionally, the event has partnered with Vet Tix, donating over $70,000 in event tickets to veterans and their families in 2025. Rolling Hills Zoo welcomes new female snow leopard After the sold-out 2023 convention, organizers say they have enhanced the event with a larger floorplan and better crowd control. According to a news release from Brick Convention, the 2025 event will double in size and feature more attractions, exhibits, and interactive experiences. Attendees can view LEGO creations from professional LEGO artists across the country and meet-and-greets with LEGO celebrities.  Visitors can enjoy free play with thousands of LEGO bricks in the construction zone, featuring live builds and interactive galleries with life-sized LEGO models. Other attractions include: LEGO Retail: Purchase LEGO merchandise, retired sets, and new and hard-to-find LEGO items from multiple vendors. Star Wars Zone: Explore incredible LEGO creations inspired by the Star Wars universe. Brick Pits: Dive into thousands of LEGO bricks and unleash your creativity.
