Painting With a Twist relocates corporate headquarters to larger North Shore studio
Mar 19, 2025
Painting with a Twist has moved its corporate studio from its original downtown Mandeville location at the corner of Monroe Street and Girod Street to its new home at 1852 North Causeway Blvd.
According to a news release, the paint-and-sip organization that was founded more than two decades ago has
expanded operations across 37 states with 230 currently active painting studios.
“This new location represents so much more than just a move; it’s an evolution of the business that started right here in Mandeville,” Cathy Deano, co-founder of Painting with a Twist, said in a news release. “We’re excited to offer even more opportunities in this new space for guests to relax, create and make lasting memories, all while ensuring that the Mandeville community remains at the heart of our success. This studio has always been a special place where people come together and we’re eager to continue nurturing that spirit of creativity and connection that Painting with a Twist was founded on.”
According to Deano, the relocation was a significant upgrade from the original studio due to its smaller square footage and poor condition of the walls and outdated air conditioning unit.
The new studio is doubled in size with two larger rooms accommodating a black light painting studio and “Pop-In and DIY” activity areas, along with corporate offices. Activities include painting, candle making, and knitting blankets, among other things.
A grand opening event will be held on March 20 with an open house and complimentary painting class. Mandeville mayor Clay Madden and small business owners will attend. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held April 22.
