WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — A tractor-trailer overturned and caused a hazmat leak at the connection between two major highways in Winston-Salem late Wednesday morning, according to the Winston-Salem Fire Department. Firefighters say crews are currently at Interstate 40 West-US 52 South on-ramp . A tractor-trailer overturned at the scene and caused a hazmat leak. The Winston-Salem Police Department says the tractor-trailer was carrying glue which spilled into the median as a result of the crash.
