WATCH: Man accused of killing Rochester woman and his son in Syracuse caught by police

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Police have caught the man suspected of killing his 32-year-old girlfriend and 11-year-old son, the Onondaga County District Attorney confirmed to NewsChannel 9.
43-year-old David Huff was found nearly two miles away from the Roney Road house in Syracuse's Valley neig
hborhood where he's accused of firing at both victims late Monday night, March 17.
Police said the arrest took place in the area of West Seneca Turnpike and South Avenue.
The North Syracuse superintendent sent an email to district parents announcing the death of 11-year-old Jeremiah Huff on Tuesday morning, March 18. Syracuse Police later confirmed his name.
Late Tuesday, Police later identified the woman as Yeraldith Tschudy from Rochester.

Huff is charged with:
One count of murder in the first-degree
Two counts of murder in the second-degree
One count of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth-degree
