AUBURNDALE, Fla. — Gianni Marano did it all for the Lions, earning the win on the mound after allowing two runs and fanning six in five innings, while also finishing 2-3 at the plate with a team-high three runs. TCNJ (7-5) completed the doubleheader sweep as Zach Hochheiser went 3-for-4 with a team-high three RBIs.

NEWARK, Del. — Anna-Maire Groskritz pitched 8-plus innings in Game 1 of a twinbill, allowing one earned run on four hits, three walks and three HBP’s. She struck out nine in the tough-luck loss. The Broncs (6-15) then failed to hold a 3-1 lead in the second game as the Blue Hens (17-8) rallied for the win.
