FREDERICK, Md. (DC News Now) -- Maryland Governor Wes Moore paid a visit to laid-off federal workers at a regional job fair Tuesday, hosted by the Frederick Seventh Day Adventist Church. The state Board of Revenue Estimates predicted that 28,000 Marylanders will lose their jobs under the Trump ad ministration. Congresswoman April McClain Delaney, whose district includes western Maryland, joined the governor at the fair. ‘No longer in Ward 7 will this behavior be tolerated’: Massive trash pile in Northeast DC cleaned up; investigations underway "We're trying to give as many resources as possible to those who lost jobs," McClain Delaney said. "They can have access to resources to help with crafting resumes, meet with the chamber of commerce and network through a support system."
