FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Highway 140 at Briceburg is completely blocked in both directions due to a rockslide, according to Caltrans Caltrans says the road was closed because of small car-size boulders that fell Monday night around 9:30 p.m. They say the roadway is impassable.
