EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — A new poll released Tuesday morning found that housing is the most important issue facing Rhode Island ahead of inflation, healthcare and taxes. A majority of respondents said they would support solutions like allowing more homes to be built in business districts and a faster permitting process.
