BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A popular restaurant has closed one of its locations.
The Lagniappe Zachary restaurant announced its closing on Monday morning, according to a social media post.
"It is with a heavy heart that we announce the permanent closure of Lagniappe Zachary locati
on."
The reason for the permanent closure is unknown at this time.
"We would like to express our deepest gratitude to our incredible customers who supported us over the years and to our amazing staff whose dedication made everything possible. Thank you for being part of our journey. The memories we've created together will always hold a special place in our hearts."
Lagniappe Zachary is a casual seafood restaurant with dishes including fried alligators, crawfish salad, homemade seafood gumbo, oysters, pasta, seafood platters and steaks.
