Preliminary 3.9 magnitude earthquake strikes near Dublin

A preliminary 3.9 magnitude earthquake struck near Dublin Monday night, according to the United States Geological Survey.
The quake, which hit at 7:46 p.m., was centered about 2.9 miles west of Dublin, the USGS said.
A 2.9 magnitude aftershock struck around the same area at around 9:46 p.m.
