SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- A fire broke out at a school in San Francisco on Monday, according to the San Francisco Fire Department. The fire happened at The Dahlia School of San Francisco on the 100 block of Channel Street. The children at the Montessori school were safely evacuated via an emergency e vacuation route school staff prepared for, SFFD said. The fire accidentally started when an object was left on top of an electric stove.
