MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) -- Maryland State Police (MSP) said it is investigating after a man was found stabbed on Sunday morning inside a car on Interstate 270. MSP told DC News Now that shortly before 10 a.m., troopers from the Rockville barrack responded to the area of northbound I -270 at Old Georgetown Road after someone reported a car partially in the roadway. At the scene, they found a man outside a Nissan Altima with an apparent stab wound.
