EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) -- A pedestrian was struck and killed by a train Sunday afternoon, March 16 in Fabens, a spokesperson for the El Paso County Sheriff's Office said. A male, no age given, was hit by a train just before 1 p.m. along the 17200 block of Alameda in Fabens, the spokesperson said. The person was dead when Sheriff's deputies arrived on scene, the spokesperson said. The train will block several crossings in Fabens including Northwest 3rd, North Fabens, Northeast 4th and Northeast Grace, the spokesperson said.
