ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A Canandaigua man is charged with DWI and multiple traffic violations after being caught driving with 16 license suspensions, according to the Ontario County Sheriff's Office. Just after midnight, deputies stopped 38-year-old Tyshawn Williams on State Route 21 in Manch ester. He was immediately charged with DWI — a felony due to his conviction for DWI twice or more over the past 10 years. 2 arrested with multiple license suspensions in separate Ontario County incidents Williams is also facing aggravated unlicensed operation for driving with those 16 suspensions or revocations. He is accused of driving at speed not reasonable or prudent, along with several citations related to the condition of his vehicle.
