WASHINGTON (DC News Now) -- A Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) officer was hit by an ATV Saturday evening, officials said. MPD said that it happened near the intersection of 15th and U streets in Northwest around 8:15 p.m. The person driving the ATV left after the crash.
