aturday was a windy day, with gusts both in and out of thunderstorms topping 50 mph in some areas.
It was a very windy Saturday across the area.
Look for lingering rain showers to be scattering out by the time we get to daybreak Sunday. Winds will also be diminishing after peaking around 35 mph overnight. Temperatures will quickly be dropping into the 40s.

As colder air moves in from the northwest, some occasional rain/snow showers are possible on Sunday, especially during the afternoon. They will not impact your plans, but you'll want to bundle up, as temperatures fall down into the 30s. Combine this with wind gusts up to 30 mph during the day, it will feel even colder outside! Brr!
