SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- A Sioux Falls man earned a silver medal Saturday in the Special Olympics World Winter Games. Nick Mills, a Sioux Falls native and skier, took home silver in the Special Olympics World Winter Games in Turin, Italy.
