A former Pierre resident has been chosen as one of the “30 Under 30” leaders to watch by the SiouxFalls.Business website. Pierre T.F. Riggs High School graduate Mariah Kessler is among those that the website says have “showed clear early career achievements and promise for future leadership an d strong engagement in the community beyond their workplace.” Kessler is the Communications Director for the South Dakota Soybean Research and Promotion Council and the South Dakota Soybean Association. The two groups are sister organizations that are financed and managed separately, with unique goals and missions that ultimately support the overarching goal of helping South Dakota soybean growers thrive.
