(WGNO) — A Meraux man has been arrested following a sex crimes investigation in St. Bernard Parish that came to a head on Thursday. According to the Louisiana State Police, investigators with the LSP's Special V ictims Unit started investigating an individual in St. Bernard Parish, who was suspected of child pornography possession, back in December of 2024. Man wounded following Algiers shooting On March 13, 39-year-old Arthur Terry was arrested and booked into the St. Bernard Sheriff's Office Prison after a search was performed at his home. Terry faces 11 counts of possession of child sexual abuse material involving victims under 13 and one count of sexual abuse of an animal. The case is ongoing. No further information was provided.
